I've never really sat and thought about what my greatest strength is. I know I have several strengths.
Now, thinking about it, I think that my stubborn loyalty to what I believe in is my greatest strength.
I'm fiercely loyal to causes and people that I believe in. I don't back down from what I believe in and I hold fast when I know that the battle is worth fighting.
It's not always easy. I've had a lot of people criticize my actions or my stance for different reasons. I've had plenty of arguments about what I'm doing at the time and why.
Look, I don't always see things in black and white. In my experience, several things in this world exist in shades of gray. The lines between good and evil are sometimes blurred.
Sometimes, that is where the problem lies.
I have caused some tension in my family because of my fierce loyalty to and defense of Cole. Others see him as evil with no chance at redemption. I don't feel that way.
I am loyal to Cole because he's worthy of it and he deserves it. I am stubborn when it comes to Cole Turner because I believe in him.
In thinking about it, I guess that's where my greatest strength lies. It's in my ability to stubbornly stick to what I believe---no matter what.
